Los objetivos son los siguientes: Evaluar los beneficios y los daños de los shunts portosistémicos intrahepáticos transyugulares en pacientes con cirrosis hepática y síndrome hepatorrenal frente a una intervención simulada o sin intervención frente a las terapias convencionales (combinación de octreótido, midodrina, terlipresina, norepinefrina, albúmina y paracentesis) A otras terapias (terapia farmacológica). This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the benefits and harms of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunts in patients with liver cirrhosis and hepatorenal syndrome versus sham or no intervention or versus conventional therapies (combination of octreotide, midodrine, terlipressin, norepinephrine, albumin, and paracentesis) to other therapies (pharmacologic therapy). |
